Terms of Service

ATLASAGENT is currently a development pilot for authorized Instagram message processing and client-hosted automation. These terms describe the pilot scope, not a generally available commercial service.

Authorized accounts only

You may use ATLASAGENT only with Instagram and other accounts that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage, subject to Meta’s applicable platform terms and policies.

Features and availability

The pilot may receive, classify and organize messages for testing. Outgoing Instagram sending and production customer onboarding are not yet active. Some features shown in previews or dashboards are simulated and should not be treated as a promise of service availability.

Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for their communications, supplied instructions, accuracy of business information, use of lawful data, and obtaining required consents. Human review is recommended for high-impact decisions and complaints.

Data and security

See the Privacy Policy. No blanket warranty of uninterrupted service or production-grade security is given for this early pilot.

Fees

The development pilot does not itself establish any payment obligation. Pricing, support levels, refunds and commercial licensing terms will be provided separately if paid plans become available.
