Privacy Policy
Effective date: 17 October 2026
This policy describes the ATLASAGENT pilot Instagram automation service and its planned customer-hosted operation. The pilot is under development; capabilities described as optional operate only if enabled. Please do not connect a third-party account until you are authorized to do so.
1. Who operates this service
ATLASAGENT is currently operated as a developer pilot. Privacy inquiries and deletion requests can be directed to uniquekinnar@gmail.com. The commercial service operator and any additional legal contact information will be updated before broad public onboarding.
2. What information may be processed
If you authorize Instagram connectivity, ATLASAGENT may receive Instagram account identifiers, usernames, message sender identifiers, message content, timestamps, delivery and processing status, and the configuration needed to route messages to the correct workspace. If you submit business information, examples, FAQ documents or reply rules, those materials may be stored for use by the agent. Diagnostics can include application errors and timestamps.
3. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate and maintain authorized connections, route messages to the intended business workspace, classify incoming inquiries, support human review, generate draft or automated responses when enabled, prevent duplicate processing, and diagnose failures. The current Instagram integration pilot is receive-only; automatic outgoing Instagram sends have not been enabled.
4. Where processing takes place
The project is designed for customer-hosted AI processing and local workspace storage. However, inbound Instagram webhooks pass through a Cloudflare-hosted gateway, and queue or routing data may be processed or stored in Cloudflare D1 before reaching an authorized local installation. Therefore the service is not entirely offline, and it would be inaccurate to claim that message data never reaches cloud infrastructure. Meta processes Instagram data under its own policies.
5. Optional Google Drive backups
Google Drive backups are optional and are not automatically active. If enabled in a later release, the connected customer will need to authorize access; the relevant backup and encryption behavior must be documented and tested before use. Google access is not needed for the present receive-only Instagram pilot.
6. Access, separation, and safeguards
ATLASAGENT is designed to associate data with a specific authorized workspace and restrict access through local credentials, tenant-scoped keys, and relevant service controls. Security and isolation verification for production customers remains in progress. Do not rely on this pilot for sensitive business communications until those controls have been validated.
7. Retention and deletion
Local and gateway records may persist while the pilot is being tested. A final documented retention schedule and automated deletion workflow must be verified before a commercial launch. You may request review and deletion of information held by the operator at any time using the procedure on our data deletion page. Customer-controlled local or Google Drive copies must be addressed by the relevant customer account owner.
8. Service providers and sharing
ATLASAGENT uses the Instagram Platform operated by Meta and Cloudflare for public webhook handling and related infrastructure. Information may be processed by these providers as needed for authorized functions. If optional Google Drive backups are enabled, Google may also process the authorized backup data. ATLASAGENT is not designed to sell message content or contact lists to advertisers.
9. Privacy requests
To ask what data is held, correct information, request deletion, or report an issue, email uniquekinnar@gmail.com. Do not email account passwords, access tokens, or Meta App Secrets. We may ask for limited proof that you control the relevant Instagram account or workspace before disclosing or deleting information.
10. Changes
We will update this page when capabilities, retention practices or operator details change. This pilot policy must be reviewed against the final implementation and applicable law before onboarding paying customers.
